A real estate investor for over 20 years in strategically located markets around Manhattan and the New Jersey shore. Nancy's experience in property management and tenant relations has allowed her to expand her sights to larger more diversified projects. An entrepreneur who doesn’t believe in glass ceilings, Nancy has owned and operated a variety of businesses all of her professional life. Most recently she founded and operated two successful Senior Medical Transportation companies: Traveling Made Easy (for profit) and Veterans Transportation Foundation (non-profit), the latter of which she currently serves as co-founder and president.

Eloy has over 20 years of experience in managing care and more than 10 years in providing strategic and operational advisory services to clients in the public and private sectors.
